Master Your Mind
Optimize work + Beat Overstimulation

Take a deep breath, relax your shoulders. Now, let’s focus on what’s ahead today.
Day 1
Begin to track your media consumption for the next 10 days. Check your last 7 days to establish a baseline for your phone screentime.
Take note of where the most time is spent and compare the amount of quality time was spent learning, growing, and improving.
Try to have intent with where you spend your time in the digital space. This means less time scrolling passively more time reading articles or books (or audiobooks/podcasts).
Day 2
Try the Journey Picker below, and then visit that Journey from the menu in the top right corner.
Once you’re inside, feel free to fill out a form. Submit it, or don’t, but every form helps us improve Self Health Club for all.

Day 3
Daily vice check. Try and cut out one unnecessary habit today, such as resisting the urge to scroll before noon, or something else that might help you reset your dopamine triggers.
Remember, the anticipation of a reward can be better than the reward itself.
Day 4
Fill out the below form to reflect on your experience so far. Your feedback helps shape the future of Self Health Club

Day 5
Consciously do some writing to plan for future you to look back on. Try reflecting on wins from this week.

Day 6
Turn off your phone volume for at least 1 hr today and take note of how you feel.
Bonus points if you plan an activity for the time you spend phone-free

Day 7
Identify what times of day you feel most productive and plan around some dedicated time towards that something you’ve talked a lot about working on or creating, but haven’t done it yet.
Figure out a way to accomplish your goals, and reverse engineer what needs to happen in order to get there.
Day 8
Congratulations on making it this far. this challenge is meant to bring out the best in you.

Day 9
Review the goals you journaled about on day 5 and rewrite them into your phone calendar 1 year from today for future you to review.
Phones are tools and you should use your phone, not the other way around.
Day 10
Plan a trip somewhere in nature.
Be it a camping trip, a golf retreat, or a weekend away with family. Can be as grand or as small as you want.
Be aware to spend time in the moment, and not on your phone.
