Honesty
The First Chapter in the Book of Wisdom
“Honesty isn’t just about telling the truth — it’s about living it, starting with yourself. Your authenticity is your superpower.”
— Sunny
Most of us are honest enough with the world. Where it gets harder is the mirror. The lies we tell ourselves to stay comfortable. The “I’m fine” when we aren’t. The “I can’t” that’s actually an “I won’t try.” The version of us we present because we think it’s safer than the version we are.
This journey isn’t about confessing more. It’s about seeing more clearly. About removing the lid you internalized so long ago you forgot it was there.

Did You Know
Research shows we tell ourselves an average of 200 small lies per day — most of them so automatic we don’t notice. “I’ll do it later.” “It’s fine.” “I’m not that upset.” The mirror clears when we start catching them.
