Affirmations 9/10
Three things to take
into your morning.
A list to choose from. A vision to write. A voice to hear. The practice begins where the page ends.
Pick 5 to 10 affirmations that resonate. Don’t pick the ones that already feel true — pick the ones you want to grow into. Then add a few of your own at the bottom.
Close your eyes for a moment first. Visualize the version of you you’re becoming. Then describe that person — in present tense — below.
- Where are you?
- How do you feel?
- What’s different from now?
- What are people saying to you?
Hear what one minute of this work sounds like — first, in someone else’s voice. Then build your own. The brain trusts your voice most of all, but it has to be willing to listen.
- Open your selected affirmations + the ones you wrote above.
- Hit record. Read them slowly, aloud, in your own voice.
- Save the file. Listen back at least once.
- Notice your intonations. Where do you sound certain? Where do you not?
- Re-record if you want. Or keep the first take — the imperfect one tells you the most.
