Sunny says: No shame in any of these. They were once protective. The work isn’t to delete them — it’s to see them, so you have a choice the next time they fire.
Part One · The Pattern
Tap every one that’s true for you.
I freeze and stop making decisions.
I get loud or confrontational.
I withdraw and shut down — go quiet.
I overcommit and try to please everyone.
I procrastinate or delay the hard thing.
I get cynical or make jokes to deflect.
I get angry at the wrong people.
I push myself harder and ignore my body.
I look for someone to blame.
I obsessively scroll or check my phone.
I overthink for hours without acting.
I become hyper-organized just to feel in control.
I stop sleeping properly — or sleep too much.
I lose my appetite, or eat to numb out.
I get small and apologetic to keep the peace.
Part Two · The Intention
Next time pressure hits — what would you rather do?
Not a manifesto. A specific move. Sometimes the right move is to face it directly. Sometimes it’s to withdraw from a toxic situation entirely. Both are valid. Both are mature. Which one is yours this week?
