Your Mind 7/8
One Talent. One Picture.
A reframed mind needs something to reach for. Not a vision board. Just one true thing alive in you — and one honest picture of where it’s pointing.
What’s the thing that makes you feel alive when you do it?
Not what pays. Not what impresses. The thing. You may have moved away from it for years. Doesn’t matter — it’s still yours. Name it.
Close your eyes. Picture the perfect outcome.
Not the version you’d describe to someone — the version you’d recognize if it walked in the room. Where the talent above has stopped being a sometimes-thing and started being a regular thing. Where the version of you on the other side of the change is already doing the work.
- What does a normal Tuesday look like?
- What’s the first thing you’d be working on?
- Who’s around you — and how do they feel about you?
- What does your body feel like in this version?
- What’s no longer in the picture that used to be?
Describe the picture like you’re already there.
Present tense. Specific. Sensory. What does it look like to achieve your goals? Write what you saw.
