Walk with your three mantras
Even five minutes. Repeat them back to back, out loud or in your head. The repetition is the practice.
4-6 breath, three rounds, every morning
Before phones, before coffee, before the day starts. Sixty seconds. Then begin.
Body scan before sleep
Lying in bed, feet to head. Release each zone. Most people fall asleep before they finish.
Write one prayer this week
Use the template or your own words. Out loud or on paper. Just open the line.
Five minutes of silence
Somewhere quiet. Phone off. No agenda. Just sit. Five minutes is enough.
Speak one gratitude out loud
Daily. Even just to the room. Saying it out loud lands different.
Pause + breathe before responding
Any text, email, or moment that hits you sideways — three breaths before you answer. The pause is the practice.
