Some of you may not understand the feeling of confidence. Surely there was something that happens to someone like a major life success, or something of the like.
A lot of people don’t realize that for some, no amount of success will ever make them confident.
Some people are so hard on themselves🛡️, that they always push for more, and enough is never enough.
Not everyone can hear or see every one of your thoughts or actions👀. Often times, we are so caught up in our own worlds we forget to look at others as human beings who need support, too.🤝
No one other than you can truly perceive all of what you’re thinking at any given time.🧩
Our scam meters are off the charts these days, and there’s not much that can stop us from seeing and feeling this fear, when it’s there.
📢Talk back to your thoughts that don’t align with your vision, using the voice you have control over, and 🎯reframe things that are presented in front of you that you believe to be false, and 🔒learn how to commit to your vision for your life.
Eventually, the stories we tell ourselves become the truth, so you can literally rewrite your story with whatever ending you want. Find your purpose within, and explore those thoughts with openness.

🙏Most importantly, you need gratitude
Think it💭, say it🔊, mean it❤️. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that give us the most meaning in our lives🌟.
Finding small details relevant to your experience that resonate with you, can definitely help you integrate into the space🌿.
I used to live my life in a constant state of anxiety😔 and sometimes, I’d think negative thoughts, and I didn’t know how to combat them🔄.
One of the ways I like to describe depression is simply not wanting to be that way anymore⚫.
Almost like your mind and/or body is rejecting the person you are⚡. When this starts to happen you should change something fast or think up some gratitudes🙌, because you could be in for a whirlwind of negativity🌪️.
Finding humor in the absurdities always helps, too. Laugh it off, 🤣and become more of yourself.👑

🌤️Most days for me have been better than others in previous years of my life. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been thinking how good things are going just to all of a sudden be hit with an outside force 💥driving me towards certain actions.
🔍My best advice to you would be to not allow these negative actions to emerge in your life, and always evaluate where the energy is coming from, and if it can be considered as optional (most things are)🧘.
Sometimes, people in your circle will only see you as the version of yourself that they have the most control over.📚
Allow yourself to refute these reactionary tales of self, and find yourself winning the day, more frequently.🏆
🧠If you believe, you can achieve.
Goals without plans, remain goals, and know that you will need to put in the work to achieve them.🗺️
Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you’re different,🔨 if you experience something, more than likely someone else has been in a similar situation.👂
This is human existence, after all, and there have been billions of people going through different situations.
💞You’re not alone in any regard, you simply need to find the connectedness within you. Be your own best friend👯, so that you can at least have yourself, on your own side💪.
We only get 1️⃣ life, 1️⃣ body, 1️⃣ mind, 1️⃣ heart. Make it a good one🕯️. Don’t take things for granted, and always be willing to take a firm stance towards what you want your life to be like🌅.
