Before phones, before coffee, before the day starts. Sixty seconds. Then begin.

Body scan before sleep
Lying in bed, feet to head. Release each zone. Most people fall asleep before they finish.

Use the template or your own words. Out loud or on paper. Just open the line.

Five minutes of silence
Somewhere quiet. Phone off. No agenda. Just sit. Five minutes is enough.

Speak one gratitude out loud
Daily. Even just to the room. Saying it out loud lands different.

Pause + breathe before responding
