The Practices
Three tools to carry forward. Fill them in now — they’ll be here when you need them.
Practice I
The Song Reset
When intrusive thoughts hit, get a song stuck in your head. Sing the first one that pops up — usually it’s meaningful, and sometimes it’s just silly enough that it breaks the pattern. The melody gives your Knowing the room it needs to come forward.
It doesn’t have to be deep. Sometimes the silliest songs work best.
Practice II
Three Goals, Aligned
Your Knowing thrives when it has a guiding star — a purpose greater than yourself. Write down three goals that align with your long-term purpose. Every day, take one small step toward one of these goals.

Practice III
Your Mantra
The words you use with yourself matter. Speak directly to your Knowing and your Wanting to bring balance. Repeat it when the Wanting gets loud.
Start with the default if you need to. Make it yours over time.
“When the Knowing leads and the Wanting follows, that’s when the magic happens.”
