Learn how to reframe the thoughts 🌀in a way that presents the facts of your current situation or reality. The one you want.

Remember that if you’re living in your past, it doesn’t necessarily reflect any recent actions that have been taken or your current present moment.🕰️

Be with the space you are in… What do you hear? What things do you sense?👂👁️ You may find things that need attention, or you might be distraught with things that need to be done🗂️.

How might you replace an old limiting belief with one that aligns with your goals?🧭Picture what your best friend might say to you?🤝

How can you begin replacing an old belief with one that aligns with your ideal future?

How can you practice gratitude to strengthen your belief in your ability to grow and thrive?🙏

This will shift towards the change you want to see happen. This can help reestablish yourself in a room of viewers.

If you ever think about something that doesn’t feel like it aligns with who you are, or your idea of the correct course of action, just state it to your mind using this technique.

Prayer is always noted to be very impactful in changing your state of mind, and can be very comforting as well. I like to think about prayer as a way to accept my blessings.🙏🌿

If you fully commit to doing good💫, instead of what you believe is wrong, then there is hope.

You will be able to make something of yourself if you can find those things about yourself that are good and focus on those, not worrying so much about your flaws. That’s where your power is.🌟

Determining right from wrong is something that we all have to do for ourselves, because it’s a matter of our value system⚖️.

What actions would be taken in order to create the desired effect?

Does it mean keeping calm? Making the right action? Establishing peace amidst conflict?🕊️

Sometimes it helps to face these things directly💪, but other times, withdrawing yourself from a toxic situation is the only option. 🛡️

Honestly, you may be wondering how to even navigate a reality with so many different possible courses of action.🎯

I feel positive about the future and I ask that you would too.

Remain true to yourself and know that everything we have is temporary.

Are you holding back on pursuing goals because they’re too difficult to think about?

I’d encourage you to take up a talent that you know you have. That thing that makes you feel alive when you do it.🎨🎶✍️

Now, when was the last time you used that talent? That thing you wanted to get better at, but never take the time to practice.

Art? Music? Writing?

Whatever it is, express it to yourself. Take note somewhere what it is you want to develop.

The one thing that remains constant is change. If it were me, I usually try to have an image in your head of where I’m going, so take a second to picture the perfect outcome for you.🧭

What does it look like to achieve your goals?👣

Sometimes it’s easier to see it if you’ve put in some work towards the goals. If you see something other than what you want, take time to reframe it using the technique we discussed earlier.
